Compensation: Fixed Monthly Allowance paid semi-monthly
Project Overview
ventureLAB is seeking a Web Project Intern to lead the technical execution of a specific digital infrastructure initiative. This role is designed as a time-bound project where the intern will focus on a defined 16-week roadmap aimed at optimizing our web presence and refining core digital assets using the Webflow platform.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to complete a high-impact project and build a professional portfolio within Canada’s leading hardware and enterprise software community.
Project Scope & Key Deliverables
The intern will be responsible for the following milestones during their term:
Webflow Development: Lead the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages specifically tailored for upcoming hardware and software initiatives.
Technical Audit: Perform a comprehensive audit of existing web assets, implementing design enhancements and technical fixes to ensure 100% cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
Performance Optimization: Execute a site-wide speed and SEO optimization project to improve global discoverability for our founder community.
Standardization: Develop a "Webflow Style Guide" to ensure the sustainability and consistency of web projects after the term concludes.
Data Insights: Utilize digital analytics to inform asset planning and provide a final report on how digital updates improved user engagement.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong interest in mastering the Webflow platform.
Project Mindset: Ability to work against a project timeline, meet milestones, and communicate progress clearly to the Manager of Digital Marketing.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design consistency and a proactive approach to troubleshooting functionality issues.
Effective Communication: Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative solutions for web projects.

Compensation: This is a project-based role supported by a fixed monthly allowance.
